Revised- AMTC Terms and Conditions
AMTC operates through its network of services, supporting professionals in engineering and technology-related fields. These Terms and Conditions apply universally to all training programs offered by AMTC, as presented on its official website and course materials.
1. Registration and Payment Terms
- Course registration is considered official only upon receipt of full payment.
- Full payment (100%) must be completed within seven (7) days from the invoice receipt date.
- Payments may be made via cash, credit/debit card, cheque, or bank transfer.
- The price displayed on AMTC’s website and course brochures excludes any applicable withholding tax, duties, or transfer-related charges, which shall be borne by the client, if applicable.
2. Complaints and Refunds Procedure
AMTC acknowledges the following types of complaints as valid:
- Incorrect or inappropriate course content or training materials.
- Significant discrepancies between the invoiced and actual course duration.
- Inappropriate or offensive conduct by an AMTC instructor.
- Unsatisfactory training delivery.
Complaints must be submitted in writing with sufficient detail to allow AMTC to provide an official response.
All complaints and related inquiries must be sent to feedback@amtc.com.
AMTC will officially respond within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
3. Cancellation and Postponement Fees
- Postponements made less than 14 days before the scheduled course start date will incur a 50% fee of the total course cost.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total course cost.
4. Force Majeure
AMTC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, governmental restrictions, labor strikes, or other events that make performance impracticable.
In the event of a force majeure situation, AMTC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected training programs or provide alternative solutions. However, any such delays or modifications shall not be considered a breach of contract, and no refunds or compensation shall be provided for disruptions caused by force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
- All training materials, course content, and related documentation provided by AMTC remain the exclusive property of AMTC.
- Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using AMTC training materials for commercial purposes without written authorization.
- AMTC retains the right to modify and update course content without prior notice, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- AMTC will handle all personal and business data of participants in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- AMTC will not disclose any confidential client information unless required by law or with explicit consent.
- Clients agree not to share confidential AMTC training methodologies, exam questions, or proprietary processes with third parties.
7. Participant Conduct and Compliance
- AMTC expects all participants to maintain a professional and respectful environment during training sessions.
- AMTC reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior, misconduct, or violation of course guidelines, without a refund.
- Participants must comply with local regulations and AMTC policies while attending training programs.
8. Liability and Indemnification
- AMTC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its training programs.
- Clients agree to indemnify AMTC against claims resulting from unauthorized use of training materials or failure to comply with AMTC policies.
9. Amendment of Terms
- AMTC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions periodically, with updates posted on the official website.
- Continued participation in AMTC programs constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
